The property management company you choose, after you have done your due diligence and interviewed them, should be knowledgeable of all aspects of the business locally and the state level. this includes having licenses if it is appropriate in their area, having an eviction process and lawyers on hand if necessary to do so. they should be able to explain to you, what are standard amenities you are required to have in the apartment, your rights, and tenant rights. They should also have a screening process for tenants that they should be able to tell you about in detail.
