Mubadala Development Company, the investment and development firm based in UAE capital, has launched Mubadala Real Estate and Hospitality, its property and hospitality arm. The realty and hospitality venture's present initiatives include Capitala, a joint venture with the Singapore-based CapitaLand.
According to Mubadala Abu Dhabi real estate and hospitality sector needs sustainable developments with growth and economic diversification. Mubadala Real Estate and Hospitality plans to set a new standard by bringing high quality commercial and residential real estate, hospitality and related services to Abu Dhabi and internationally.
Mubadala Real Estate and Hospitality will invest in developments that will not only provide secure investment opportunities, but also create sustainable and integrated communities in Abu Dhabi and internationally. The realty projects will be in line with the Urban Structure Framework plan - Plan Abu Dhabi 2030.
