Default Has the Black Sea property crash hit the bottom?

Hi everyone

It seems to me the prices on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast can't find a bottom. I've seen resales for 600 eu/sqm in Sunny Beach but there is even lower now. This time it's up in the Balchik and Kavarna region. Developer wants to get rid of the last unsold units and he is asking for 400 eu per sqm. All apartments are finished, with occupancy permit. Has the housing crisis hit the bottom on the Black Sea coast? Can anyone prove me wrong and show me even lower prices?

Cheers
Sam
