Dont you mean Pirin Mountains? 90K sounds a lot for Bulgaria

Yes I think he meant the Pirin mountain which are located in the southwest of Bulgaria. It is quite famous in Bulgaria, I think the second highest mountain of the country and popular with hikers and skiers.
90k is a lot - but Bulgarian property isn't as cheap as it was. Just look at some price development graphs. The development there was amazing, but now more and more investors are moving on to other eastern European countries.

Those mountains look pretty spectacular. 90k isn't that much for the area, really.
