Al Tallah development Dubai New Homes

H.H Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, UAE Supreme Council member and ruler of Ajman and Ajman Oasis signed an agreement to build a fully integrated real estate city in Al-Tallah area along Emirates Road between Ajman and Sharjah.
Stretched on an area of 40 million square feet, the AED 13 billion project which will be constructed over 10 years will comprise a shopping mall, hotels, mixed-use towers, hospital, school and other amenities.

The developer has commenced work on the design phase.
