Default Nabq Sharm

Hi all

Im new to the forum and this is my 1st post.

Is there anyone else out there that has bought or is thinking of buying in Egpyt??
I have bought a 1 bed apartment in Nabq Sharm and hoping for it to be completed in the next 60 days. It is 2nd line from the beach and is on a 4 star hotel complex. We have use of 10 pools and the beach. We will also have access to the hotel restaurants, bars, gym and supermarket and 42 shops.

We paid just £21,700 for it last October and prices have been increasing every couple of months. Ours is ground floor with a small private garden and the same apartments that are left to be sold are around £32,000. So far made £10,000 in 6 months so cant be bad.

I have been to Egypt many many times so if you have any queries ( especially on the Sharm area ) please dont hesitate to ask. I also know Luxor quite well having stayed there a few times and cruised the Nile. If you need any help with internal flights and hotels give me a shout.

Regards

Alison

Hi Satkinson and thanks for the welcome. Yes its true that there is alot of interest as the prices are steadily increasing and they expect them to rise for the next 5 years so a good investment.
