Registering a property drops from 3% to a fixed fee
Good news for property investors in Egypt the cost of registering a property has changed from 3% to a nonimal fixed fee. I wonder if Gordon Brown will do the same for the UK property market. Egypt's economy is growing quickly, foreign direct investment is at record levels, and the country even got high marks from the World Bank for business reforms this year, but high inflation and high poverty levels are still a problem.
