People are usually terrified when they receive such notices. Thankfully, there are reliable services that can help them when they are in a bind

OR...

you can call your bank and make payment arrangements with them to sort out your arrears over an agreed amount of time.

If you can work it out directly, you aren't paying extra, really-high fees to a company who is basically doing the same thing!

Yes even i have realised that it is the better & the safest option to opt for such property buying companies if we can get a better rate on your properties.

There are plenty of scare stories around about people who opt for a buy back option where they then rent their house back only to find that they are given only a six month tenancy agreement and then are evicted after six months. As with all things act with caution.

I heard that some companies deal with scams, preying on people's fears, so I'd be careful with that too...

Default Nothing

This is nothing the average person can't do for themselves with a little research. yet another company trying to make a buck promoting that they and only they can do this magical thing.

Stupid consumers.

I don't think this has anything to do with the consumer psychology, but rather with human fear. People get scammed because they're afraid, not because they're consumers. What the hell, man, you sound like a communist )
