Default Zero downpayment?

Has anyone ever been lucky to purchase a no downpayment property? I know they are out there and I have looked, but I've had no luck so far.

There are 100% loans out there but to be honest it is better to try and put something down so that you are borrowing less.

I would be too scared to get a no down payment property. The monthly payments would probably be way too high!

These are a lot harder to find since the foreclosure crisis, and frankly, it is a good thing. If you can not afford to put any money down, you probably should hold off on buying a home right now.

Try an FHA mortgage loan. If you're eligible, you can get one with no downpayments.

i don't think there are businesses that would go for a zero down payment.
