I just read a story last night about a three bedroom home selling for 5k in MI. I think this is going to become more common as the economy tanks even more so.

Maybe it's not exactly in good condition, or perhaps it's in a poor location -- gangs, drugs, crime -- or something.

Only 5k? Is that true? There are a lot of scams now a days, so I will only believe it once I see it.
