Default House Payments

What are you doing this year to make sure there is enough money left to assure that your home payment is made on time?

We qualified for our mortgage using only one income. That way, we already had a little wiggle room.

We are just not spending any sort of extra money right now. Unfortunately that means we have kind of fallen behind on regular, "yearly" maintenance things for the house and car, but I have faith that this won't last forever
