High foreclosure rates?

I am sure there must be foreclosures all over the world.

Outside of the USA, what countries tend to have the highest foreclosure rates?

Sorry Diana right now I am not aware of the countries having high foreclosure rates excluding usa but if I found any I will let you know.

I do not know of any countries with high rates, but I am sure they cannot be as bad as it is in the United States where it is bad.
