Money Offered in Foreclosures

As I have mentioned before, I have a close friend that went through a foreclosure and just wanted to share something that the lender did in order to get them to leave the house "peacefully". Apparently people are trashing their homes before leaving if they are victims of foreclosures, so lenders are offering money to homeowners to leave the house in clean, broom swept condition in exchange for a few thousand dollars in cash.
