Default Foreclosure

The markets a bit tough out there - does anybody have first hand experience?

There must be war stories on new properties due for completion that aren't valueing up. There's probably never been a better time to get a bargain as found in this post.

Cheers,

Stu

I have no first hand experience with foreclosure, but I'd be curious to hear if things are general getting better in the US. I realize the subject is pretty specific to which area we're talking about.

In the past, I've heard stories from bank employees where homeowners wanted to just drop off their keys at the banks, but the banks really wanted them to keep trying to make the mortgage work, rather than foreclosing.

I don't have any practical experience, but I've did some research on the matter. Now is the time for great profits to be made, should you keep your head cool.
