Will Foreclosures Bottom Out Soon

I seen where foreclosures were up 55 percent in July compared to last year. I wonder when it will stop.

One thing is for sure, things certainly can not continue to go up! In my area I have noticed that there are less vacant homes, but I am not sure how that translates into foreclosures exactly...
