Paris most expensive city in the world to buy real estate

I have just read that a survey says that paris is the most expensive city in the world to buy a property. Prices in Paris are around €8260 to €11544 per sq. meter. Now I do like paris but Im not sure that it would tempt me to invest at those prices, I would want a bit more for my money and may be a bit more sunshine.
