I think that September is a great time to start looking for a new home. The kids are back at school ,people have had their summer holidays and nows the time to start thinking of moving if you want to be in your new home by Christmas.

I think summer time is the best time to buy a new home since the children don't have classes and they won't be affected so much when it comes to transferring from one home to the new one.
