Default Nows a good time to buy a new home
I think that September is a great time to start looking for a new home. The kids are back at school ,people have had their summer holidays and nows the time to start thinking of moving if you want to be in your new home by Christmas.

I think summer time is the best time to buy a new home since the children don't have classes and they won't be affected so much when it comes to transferring from one home to the new one.

It's good time to buy a new home. It's vacation times and another thing is real estate market little down and you can take benefit of it.
