Cool Considering buying Student accomodation

Heres a thought for you, why dont you choose whether your child goes to college or University, that way you can combine it with a shrewd property investment your child can use it while studying ,they can even stay on there after they have finished rather than returning to the nest. Sounds strange but have you considered how junior will decide where they are studying. It could be based on their football team, being near the sea, being as far away from home as possible who knows ? Now if on the other hand you spend a bit of time doing some research you can pick out a city where it makes sense to invest. The property can be used by your other children or you could share the investment with family or friends to cover a range of students. And at the end of the day you might come up with a seaside location like Bournemouth too.

A lot of the ones around here have cheap apartment complexes around the campuses - and they charge throught he nose for the rents. This indeed may be a very shrewed invenstment.
