Default Dont sell your house to a friend

It might seem like a good idea but watching Coronation Street with its current story line of neighbours swapping houses with eachover its obviously full of problems. What may start out as a good idea will probably end in tears be warned.

Its kind of like working with a friend - you don't really know them until you work with them - maybe getting a house is the same???

Never really worked with a friend but yes I can imagine that you dont really know them until youre in that working environment.

I think that you need to maintain a bit of distance when buying a house, keep it all professional.

I have to disagree with you there Mindy, if the person is truly your friend then its probably the best thing you can do. Why would you base your life on some silly tv show?
