I need advice on buying a new home

Looking to buy a new home, don't know if I can manage it. Here's the thing. I've gotten financial support from my bank, and with some money I had put aside, I can buy the house. It's a nice neighbourhood, but the house isn't really in top form. So I'll need to invest in that too. Also, I'll need to invest in furniture, electronics and so on. And I don't have that money, yet. What should I do? I really like the place. Should I buy it and hope I can somehow manage to get the money or should I wait and buy a cheaper one? Thanks a lot.

It depends on how much you have to invest, and If you can handle that costs in the near future, maybe it will be a good choice, but In my honest oppinion, you should look after the cheaper one.

I think I can handle the costs, even if it means living a lower life than I'm used to. I'm thinking the future profit will make it worth it. I don't know.
