7) What about the kids? well you can always hide behind the kids, but imagine actually living somewhere where they might want to come and visit , somewhere where you can build new memories. How would you have felt in your twenties if your parents had moved abroad.

Sounds like Brad and Angie, doesn't it? That's what I thought of, for some warped reason. Anywho, I believe exposing children to a variety of cultures is a good idea. I'm very partial to these United States, though, so couldn't leave myself. However, I know a family who has left the country for more peaceful and less expensive living elsewhere. They're very happy. Certainly, if I had Brad and Angie's money, I'd be more inclined to check it out.
