Default Are You Ready To Buy A Home

Buying a home is a huge investment. Are you ready? If you can answer yes to these questions, you probably are ready.

Do I have a steady source of income (usually a job)? Do I have a good record of paying my bills? Do I have few outstanding long-term debts, like car payments? Do I have money saved for a down payment? Do I have the ability to pay a mortgage every month, plus additional costs?

The most important thing, in my opinion, is to see if you can pay your monthly mortgage. Here's how to test it. Before buying, put aside the future mortgage each month. If you can live without touching that money then yes, you can buy a home.

I don't think that I am ready to buy a home. But being prepared and having ideas are a plus factor because in the future we all consider buying a home.

Well don't you need to have at least 2 years of credit history and a steady job?

I am planning to buy my own house and of course I am already saving for it but this is not the right time for me because I don’t have enough savings yet. My target year is 2011; hopefully!

Right now I am also looking and browsing websites with property for sale and I found this one, kindly check it, maybe it would be helpful for you Property in Egypt - Egypt Property For Sale. I recommended this site to my friend and only last month he bought his new property from this site.

Buying a home is a very complicated process right now. I did buy a new home in September. It was a very long process and I had to give a lot of financial information. In this market crisis you will need at least 20% down payment. Save Money!!!! And Buy a Home you will never regret it.
