Question Land Investment

Should I invest in property or do you think I should consider investing in land. Is it worth buying land without planning permission and then apply for planning?

Land is always a worthwhile investment. No more of it is being made so the damand is always going up while the supply is not

Land is a good investment due to the fact that it is a limited resource. You have a lot of options with land, and if you can get a good deal, I would go for it.

Default Land investing

If it is a new development where you can buy land, but do not have to build in a certain time frame, it is worth looking into. Remember the old saying " They are not making anymore new land"
