Default Using the Internet

Do you think sellers and buyers both are using the internet more in the process of moving, either for research, listings, or determining where to move to?

I think the internet is being used and more and more in all aspects of real estate. Any real estate company or realtor that does not utilize the web in the next few years is going to notice a sharp decline in business. This really is the future of the market.

Actually it's the future of just about everything. The internet is more than the future, it's now. Unfortunately, that's difficult for a lot of people who are older.

It is funny this has just been posted as I am in the process of buying a home over the internet. While I know there are many risks involved in this I am giving this a try. The realtor I am dealing with has sold many homes this way.

That's amazing, but it makes sense. I think more and more, we're gonna see the internet used in everything. Sure hope everything goes well with your purchase!

I think there are more and more of us using the internet in the search for property. It is so easy to research areas, schools average property prices etc.

Default Using the Internet

The Internet is an excellent resource for researching properties for sale. There are a number of sites you can use that provide a ton of information. It can definately help time-wise with your search.

realtor.com is a good one to start with.
