Default Written Notice Required?

Are you required to write a written notice of terminating a lease, or is a verbal notice sufficient?

I think it depends on you. But maybe a written notice would be great for legal purposes.

If your landlord, and your relationship with them, inspires this sort of question, I would give a written notice!
