Wink Blackmould eradication

hi being new to this forum i am probably in the wrong area, but i own a Blackmould eradication and thermal insulation business, and as such we treat a lot of Blackmould in tenanted properties, mainly due to lifestyle of the tenant, luckily we dont have this problem in our own properties, as our tenants listen to what we have advised.
If you have any issues with Black mould please contact us and we may be a ble to help especially if you are within a fairly local area to us.
or just view our website
wetreatblackmould.co.uk

hopefully as we have been in the public sector working for many years we may also be able to help with other building matters related to causes of mould etc.

What is your local area? How much would you charge for a 2000 square foot property?

Default Causes of mould

The cause of mould is very much a case of warm air touching cold surface, causing condensation on the wall. this in turn dampens the dust on the wall/ceiling etc where the airborne mould spores germinate.
every case is deifferent but the causes are often just down to lifestyle of the householder, as we say mould is a symptom of a cause, find the dampness and cure the cause and dry the area and ventilate and often the problem will go away.
view my website for a bit more detail on the subject as it is explained easier than i can do here on just a few lines.
