England - Good Buys Now

I have heard that people are leaving England due to the prices there. After so many leave will this not cause a bottoming out of the prices and create a buying opportunity? I mean there not making any more land :P

Oh, what a sad case. If I were in that situation wherein the price is high I would also think of transferring to a low cost place.
