Do you think living in close proximity to a college is a good or bad choice? What are some concerns about living in an area near a university?

I think its a great place to develop rental property. Here is you a great idea that will make you a ton of money. Build a big house with tons of bedrooms. Rent rooms to college students. Spend your money wisely.

It really depends on the college and whether or not the area actually tolerates college aged behavior or not.

The less tolerant the locals are, the more likely there will be problems with the students.

i prefer living near a shool for it is easy to go back and forth from home to the school.

you're right. a lot of renting properties are blooming especially in areas near colleges.

areas near colleges are good investment. Students were looking a place where it is very accessible going to their school
