Default 9 ways to leave your Property on a good note

Forget all the stress involved in selling your house its not just an investment property its now going to be someone elses home and chances are that you will want them to be happy there. Here are some simple ideas to leave on a good note and hopefully the person you are buying from will do the same for you.

1) Do leave the lightbulbs how much do they cost in any case?
2) Do keep the grass mowed I know that you are moving but would you want to move in to knee high grass.
3) Dont take the batteries out of the door bell
4) Dont take the batteries of smoke alarms
5) Dont leave your junk have a clear out and dont take it with you you do not want to pay for it to be moved to your next house
6) Do try to introduce your buyer to the neighbours especially if you keep an eye on an elderly neighbour as chances are they will do the same
7) Do think about leaving a bunch of flowers and a pint of milk for the buyer
8) Leave a list of useful stuff like when the bin men collect
9) Why not leave that half roll of toilet paper on the holder

Default Great List

Great list
Do people really take the batteries out of the doorbell I find that pretty cheapskate
I think your if everyone followed your tips it would make moving a much nicer experience. When we last moved they had let the grass grow about 2 feet and it took all day to sort it out.
