Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this….and some more. Would you please help me to know more about real estate?????

Becareful. Look before your leep. What is really important when investing in realestate is speaking to a knowledgable Real Estate Professional and doing your own reaseach. Are you considering renting the unit? Are rentals good in the area? From my experience it is nice to be walking distance to the train. However, being closing to a large corporation is very helpful. Corporate relocation is in high demand (atleast in NY).
