can you sucessfully sell your home privately?

i have been looking into selling my home in derbyshire privatley to help save me some ££,s but im not sure wether it will work
i found a site that im thinking of advertising with

i can advertise with them for £99 including a sign board and 3 months of advertising with upto 10 photo ads
sounds good but will i sell my home on this site?

May be great if it sold privately. But i never be happen with profits. What i am telling is selling privately is not suitable for [URL="http://www.buyproperty4less.com/view-overseas-properties/"]property investment[/URL] which has high value. It will be applicable for small investments.

I think that its just a case of picking the right site , whether you are buying or selling pick a site that has a good page ranking you can check it out by looking on [url=http://www.alexa.com]Alexa the Web Information Company[/url] its a good indication of whether it is an established well used site, the lower the number the better.

Yea, you can do it, but it's really hard. I'd rather use an agent, makes things easier for everyone involved.

Thats a neat thing about this site as you can put up a [B][I]property advert [/I][/B]and then put your agents details as the contact details, the best of both worlds you give your chance of selling a helping hand and the agent handles the detail.

Ya you are correct. It is only applicable for some agents where they are locating which has some benefits by the platform.

Yes you choose how you are contacted if you want to be emailed directly thats fine or if youd rather your agent deal with it just put their contact details in and even links to their site if they are promoting your property too.
Its all about getting to be seen by as many people looking for a [B]new home [/B]as possible
