New homes with Horse Racing on tap

Port Elizabeth's Arlington racehorse is to be transformed into a boutique development with 180 up-market houses and an office block complex, imagine being at work and being able to watch the horse racing incredible. Some of the original stabling has had to demolitshed. But a new training facilities are to be developed at Fairview.
There will be an office block or two, with panoramic views of the course. The development is unique, with two-thirds of the property remaining public open space. The racing industry is booming in the Eastern Cape.
