Success and mineral rights
I keep seeing articles and posts about how great it is to have land in the UAE and other Middle Eastern nations.
When you purchase land, as a non resident, do you automatically get the mineral rights as well?
I could see this as a definite "success" even before any oil is actually tapped!
The next biggest success would be the discover of water on your land, wouldn't it?
