Default Places to buy in Turkey

Hi Bob,

Turkey is a beautiful place with some lovely beaches. I would look at coastal areas such as Bodrum, and Altinkum.

Take a look at ASEM Constuction, who have some great properties here.

Also for info about Bodrum - go here, Altinkum - here.

Cheers,

Stu

Some good areas to purchase property in Turkey include taşdelen, Akbuk, and Maltepe. Good luck!

Turkey is so diverse that your first question should be 'what am I buying for', not so much where you should buy. Are you looking for a holiday home, something purely for investment, a property which will get a good rental income, permanent home ect. The best thing is to give a couple of agents your requirements and reason for buying and they should come back with a list of properties suitable for your purposes.

Hi
To invest money is a big decision as you want to invest money in Turkey. I would like to suggest you to consider some point before investing money. Like location, where you are going to invest, development around that place and the chances of future development. All these points will help you in taking the right decision. Hope you like my suggestion.

Default Before your decision...

Hi,
Turkey has really nice coasts, mountains, rivers etc. Before buying a property from Turkey would you please make a dream list of yours?I think that would help you to choose the best part of Turkey for you...For example,do you like golf?If your answer is 'yes' so you would choose Belek.Bodrum is a nice place but it's a little bit expensive than the most places of Turkey.Of course it's same for the property you want to buy.If you make a short list I am sure I can help you...

Cheers,
