Many Brits are now
investing in Bodrum, not so much in the town itself which is still predominently Turkish, but in some of the other beautiful areas around the peninsular such as Gumusluk, Yalikavak, Gundogan and the new 'golf capital' of Bodrum, Tuzla. These areas offer stunning views, secluded bays, golf, wildlife, nature reserves, historical sites, diving, yachting, horse riding, and fertile valleys as well as having cheaper property prices than in Bodrum itself. There is quite a bit of new development going on and some excellent prices for off plan property in these areas.
New developments in Bodrum around the peninsular offer a clients a good chance of getting on the property ladder in Turkey in a stuning location. There are cheaper places in Turkey, but not quite so beautiful.
