Default Property Guide to moving to Derbyshire

Derbyshire is one of those counties that people do not know much about. The scenery is stunning the people are incredibly friendly and its very central for the rest of the country.
The main city is Derby, a city famous for is railway industry is now a cosmopolitan, the whole inner city is being redeveloped and there is quite a buzz about the place.
The hospitals have been improved with Derby City Hospital and the Derby Royal Infirmary (DRI) and of course the reknowed Queens Medical Center in Nottingham is only a short distance away.
There are numerous market towns in the surrounding areas Matlock, administration centre for the council, a very pretty town sited on the Derwent with its Victorian influence and its spectacular traditional park. The schools in this area are Anthony Gell one of the smallest secondary schools in Derbyshire with only 750 pupils and is a Sport excellance school, the other school being Highfields which is twice the size of Anthony Gell and specialises in the Arts. There are a number of appartments from converted mills and older buildings.
Bakewell is a traditional Derbyshire market town , it draws in the tourists all year round probably due to the fact that Chatsworth house is so near by. The secondary school here is Lady Manners which is very popular with people moving to houses in the catchment area. Further north for the tougher among you is the spa town of Buxton, its a town that has seen great improvement over recent years due mainly to the fact that Derby University locating some of its campus there.
Ashbourne is quite a posh market town with a mixture of older property. The secondary school here is Queen Elizabeths which is locally known as Quecs.

Where it is located? Can investor get profits from now? Can you provide more details about Derbyshire property investments and the present market price or websites that have these details.
