Default Property Guide to buying a new home in Cheltenham

Cheltenham is a Spa town, located in a golden triangle between Birmingham Bristol and Oxford. It is a lovely place to live it is surrounded by the rolling hills of the cotswolds it is known affectionately locally as Sleepy Hollow.

It has its famous school Cheltenham Ladies college , the pupils can often be seen around the town in their green uniforms.

Good areas to invest in are Montpellier, Charton Kings and Pittville Park.

There are many grand regency town houses and villas, but many are affordable and have been converted to apartments. Over 20% of Cheltenham is dedicated to parks and green areas.

There is the race course that can be found on the out skirts of the town which is home of the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
