A quarter of a prestigious UAE residence project has already been sold just 15 days after it went on sale.
German broker Casamia Star Gesamplanung (CSG) said 25 per cent of the units in the Tulips Residence project had already been snapped up by investors.
The Ajman project involves a unique partnership between CSG and Chinese developers Best Eastern Group.
Built in the Marmooka City in Ajamn, the development is the result of AED 180 million (£26 million) in investment.
Israr Yousaf, managing director of Casamia Star, said:
“The remarkable sales of the Tulips Residence project echoes the strong demand for quality real estate projects in the UAE.
“The world-class facilities and amenities on offer at Tulips Residence make it an attractive investment proposition.”
Best Eastern, one of China’s largest real estate conglomerates, announced the tie-up with Casamia Star earlier this year.
The partnership will involve the marketing of AED 400 million (£58.32 million) in Best Eastern property across the UAE.
Prices in the Tulips Residence apartment project start from AED 550 (£80) per sq ft, with facilities including a 24-hour maintenance service, childrens’ play area, fitness suite and swimming pool.
