A boutique UAE property developer has revealed it will unveil three new projects at a high-profile Dubai real estate show.
Abyaar said the trio of schemes would ‘become Dubai landmarks’ and would be uncovered at the Cityscape Dubai Exhibition 2008, running from October 6 to 9.
The developer has remained otherwise tight-lipped, adding two of the projects would be towers while a third would be an arts precinct project which would be the first of its kind.
Abyaar, founded in 2005, is a joint venture between Kuwait’s Aayan Leasing and Investment Company and Al Rashdan Group.
Marzooq Al Rashdan, Abyaar vice chairman and managing director, said:
“Our aim is to continually outdo customer satisfaction, and offer design and quality-conscious buyers property which surpasses their expectations in terms of luxury and excellence.”
Abyaar is also behind the likes of Acacia Avenues, a Dubai residential development, and the Radisson SAS Venti Quattro, a hotel next to Dubai marina.
Cityscape Dubai is to be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, and is now in its seventh year.
The event is expected to attract developers, designers and property investors from across the world and will feature over 800 exhibitors.
