A United Arab Emirates property developer is planning to reveal further details of its shift from single-tower schemes to master plan communities.
Deyaar Development said the move was “strategic” and revealed a sneak preview of new mid-sized development schemes would be available at the forthcoming Cityscape Dubai event.
The firm says its market insights have helped create “exceptional value” for its investments.
It is already managing more than 16,000 commercial and residential properties, and also offers brokerage, marketing and sales.
Markus Giebel, the company’s chief executive officer, said:
“This event serves as the ideal platform for Deyaar to unveil its landmark projects in line with the company’s strategic shift to community-style developments.
“As we reinvigorate our focus on building communities, we are focused on delivering real estate solutions that open a new world of possibilities for our clients here in Dubai and from across the world.”
Cityscape Dubai 2008 is being held from October 6 to 9 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
Property investment professionals and developers from across the world are expected to attend the event, which will feature around 800 exhibitors.
Added attractions at the show include a real estate leadership strategy summit and an architectural awards ceremony.
