One of the world’s biggest real estate investing exhibitions is now under way in Dubai, with a host of new property investment opportunities on show.
Highlights of the event include exclusive developments being unveiled by Plus Properties worth AED 1.15 billion.
The schemes include ‘Wave Residence 2′ based at the Madinat Al Arab-Waterfront, and residential and commercial towers located within Solidere’s forthcoming Al Zorah waterfront development in Ajman.
Georges Chehwane, chief executive of Plus Properties, said:
“As the flagship trade show for the Middle East real estate sector that attracts a vast number of high-potential investors, Cityscape Dubai provides us unmatched visibility and immense networking possibilities.”
Other highlights of the October 6 to 9 exhibition include AED 3 billion worth of UAE development announced by Burooj Properties.
The company is showcasing two new projects on Al Reem Island – Burooj Crystal and Burooj Terraces.
It is also taking the wraps off the Burooj Pearl scheme, a 26-storey residential tower being developed near the Central Park on Shams Abu Dhabi.
Among other projects on show at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre event is Violet Tower, a residential project in Jumeirah Village being promoted by Dubai Investments Real Estate Company.
