An Indian property developer has revealed a major city will see more affordable homes for sale thanks to a new 200-acre project.
DLF has unveiled details of the Park Estate project for Hyderabad, which will see high-rise apartments and townhouses.
Amenities nearby include a planned railway station, schools, parks, supermarkets and restaurants.
DLF said the new project will provide residents with
“a memorable and aesthetic living experience.”
The announcement comes just over a month after DLF unveiled Express Greens, a development set to be built in Manesar, one of the country’s rapidly-developing commercial hubs.
The company has carved a niche as one of India’s biggest residential developers and is pushing on with several major projects despite the current market slide.
Express Towers, being constructed in the city of Gurgaon, features three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments.
The firm is also working on New Town Heights, Kakkanad, which will include a jogging track and community amphitheatre on a list of innovative facilities.
Advanced stage constructions include The Summit, also being built in Gurgaon, and including three tower blocks, all with 19 storeys of air conditioned apartments.
