US real estate agents, landlords and other sellers can now target the country’s growing pool of Spanish buyers with the help of a newsletter service.
Ready to Go Newsletters, which specialises in real estate related print, has developed a Spanish language newsletter.
The new service follows new data from the US Census Bureau suggesting investors marketing properties in four particular states were now catering for a significant Hispanic population.
Research from the centre showed at least one in five residents of Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas now spoke Spanish while at home.
Simon Payn of Ready to Go said:
“The Hispanic community is growing, and many of them appreciate communication in Spanish. This newsletter will allow realtors to create deeper, more profitable relationships with their Hispanic clients by communicating with them in the language many prefer.”
Nationwide around 35 million people, or 12.3 per cent of the US population, now speak Spanish at home, according to the bureau’s figures.
California and Arizona are also two of America’s foreclosed homes hot spots, meaning landlords in both states have ample opportunity to pick up cheap homes for sale.
