A United Arab Emirates construction project sold out within days of its unveiling at an investment property exhibition, the developers say.
Fakhruddin Properties’ latest project, F Towers, was launched at Cityscape Dubai last week and attracted enormous interest at the international event.
Boasting a value of around AED 900 million and set to climb to 22 storeys, the scheme includes facilities such as a swimming pool, health club and even a mini golf course.
The scheme will be located in Downtown Jebel Ali, and was shown off to a potential audience of around 51,800 Cityscape visitors.
Ali Fakhruddin, managing director of Fakhruddin properties said:
“We couldn’t be more pleased with the success of our F Towers project thus far. The responses we’ve received indicate that we are most definitely moving in the right direction.”
This year’s Cityscape Dubai show, held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, hosted 1,000 exhibitors and covered 75,000 square metres.
Also part of the event were the Cityscape Architectural Awards 2008 run under the theme “Design for an Emerging World”.
Rohan Marwaha, managing director of the exhibition, said its international brand was now “beyond reproach”.
