A United Arab Emirates real estate company has headed to Russia in a bid to promote its portfolio of commercial and residential developments.
Deyaar Development said it headed to the weekend’s Extravaganza Moscow show after enjoying success at the recent Cityscape Dubai property event.
The firm presented Deyaar Enclave, a Dubai community development, and other schemes to Russian investors.
Markus Giebel, chief executive of Deyaar, said:
“As a leading regional developer of residential and commercial properties, Deyaar recognises the importance of Russia and the rest of Europe as an international investor base.”
He added Deyaar Enclave had attracted “significant interest” from the international property investment community.
The development includes apartments, townhouses and commercial space and is based at the International Media Production Zone in Dubai.
Back in September, Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions (SME), which is behind Dubai’s International Property Show, said it would run a version of the event in Russia from November 10 to 12 this year.
SME has said it expects Russian investors to inject $1.5 billion into the Dubai market this year, and also says over 800 Russian investors have bought both commercial and residential properties in the Emirate in recent years.
