A 380-metre high real estate project is set to provide some of the most luxurious homes in Dubai, with a world record for the number of swimming pools in a single building.

A Hircon International scheme, ’23 Marina’ will be a an “iconic skyscraper” with all the duplex apartment homes boasting their own plunge pool.

The company is a property partnership between ETA Star Properties and Hiranandani Developers, two of the biggest names in UAE real estate.

A statement from Hircon said owners of the unique homes would also have a piece of one of the world’s tallest residential buildings.

Darshan Hiranandani, director of Hircon International, said:

“We are overwhelmed by the amount of response and attention this landmark has generated, well before its scheduled launch.”

He also added the scheme had not been impacted by the credit crunch currently hitting some other residental real estate projects in the Middle East.

Sales also seemed unaffected by an apparent slowdown in Dubai’s real estate sector, Hiranandani added.

Homes in the project will also get sea views, access to a five star health spar and private elevators.

Sales are already open to investment property groups and end users, with the whole project set to be completed by the end of this year.
