Luxury homes in a beachfront development are to be made available in five distinctive tropical themes with the help of an architectural firm.
Dekel Panama said units in its Andromeda Country Club, on Panama’s Pacific coast, would benefit from the work of renowned company Mallol y Mallol.
Buyers of the luxury vacation villas will get one of five sets of distinctive features, with clean, contemporary interiors.
All property at the Andromeda Country Club is to sit atop two sandy beaches, with surfing breaks and sports fishing available nearby.
This scheme is one of a series of new holiday homes projects to spring up in Panama, a current hotspot for exclusive property developments.
Architect Ignacio Mallol said the aim was to embrace the seaside landscape while also including an influence from the architecture seen in existing local property.
He said: “It’s not just something modern, we want to capture something from the area, we want to give it an identity.”
Owners of each property will be able to enjoy the likes of a beach club, spa, gym, sports facilities and 24-hour security.
Homes have recently become more popular in the local area thanks to the dry, warm weather and sandy beaches, and according to Dekel Panama, celebrity buyers are also starting to pay attention to property in the region.
