Cyprus ‘barefoot luxury’ in Minthis Hills - Pafilia

Designers of a contemporary property scheme in Cyprus have revealed off plan villas with top-floor entrances and infinity pools.
Builders Pafilia Property said its new flagship project Minthis Hills would embody what it calls “barefoot luxury”.
Available off plan , each Villa Electra home design has a range of custom options including the choice of turning lower floor rooms into saunas, gyms, or wine cellars.
Villa Electra, just one of nine off plan home designs, starts from around €1,530,000.
Other off plan property at the site includes three and four bedroom villas, and three bedroom bungalow home plans.
Pafilia Property said: “Minthis Hills provides a haven of peace and tranquillity with a vista that carries you across the stunning Cypriot landscape towards the mountain ranges or glistening waters of the Mediterranean.”
Other property investment opportunities built by Pafilia include Kypseli Apartments, Kypseli with units available at €172,000.
The site of Minthis Hills is 10 minutes from the town of Paphos, and also includes on-site facilities including a golf course, health club and restaurants.
Off plan homes in Cyprus are popular with buyers due to the island’s all-year-round sunshine and mix of traditional and contemporary local property.
