Developers of a scheme to be built on the Italian Riviera have released the first renderings for the hill top project, with homes released for sale off plan .
Th luxury Eden Villas scheme has been officially launched by Wind Rush Alliance , an international real estate company specialising in luxury Italian property.
First glimpses of the development show a combined apartment and homes development boasting views over the coast on the Costa Degli Dei.
The project is perched on a high hill overlooking the town of Zambrone and will feature balconies and open plan living and kitchen areas.
Wind Rush Alliance said: “Eden Villas and Apartments wonderful position allows its residents the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Zambrone and the dramatic scenery of the Aeolian Islands.”
The payment structure involves 40 per cent on preliminary contract, and 60 per cent by completion, which is expected in July 2010. Real estate up for grabs includes eight detached villas available off plan at €185,900 upwards and apartments from €109,900. The surrounding Zambrone area is normally bereft of fresh real estate schemes thanks to a policy of protecting its 16th century architecture.
Other Wind Rush real estate projects in Italy include a new off plan development of villas in central Zambrone, complete with sea views in every unit.
